‘The X Factor’ notes: Cher Lloyd, Alex & Sierra, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony, Alesha Dixon

The latest news -Cher Lloyd’s new music video – Let’s start this edition of “X Factor” notes with something new from Cher, who has just released her video for the song “Sirens.” The immediate thing that we take from this is just how much Cher’s sound has matured. This is the young woman who previously released “Swagger Jagger,” after all.

This song is much more different and emotional than what Cher has released so far, and that is very much a good thing. She has a new album coming out soon, but the question for her will be seeing if she can still make a major imprint given that it has been a while since she had a major hint.

Alesha Dixon rumors – These rumors about Alesha coming over from “Britain’s Got Talent” to judge are not going away, and she is also doing very little right now to actually make them go away. Granted, the latest report from The Sun does not cite her as a source, but someone close to her when it says that she is still a candidate to be on the next panel with Simon, Cheryl Cole, and Louis Walsh. The only reason we could see this as a good idea is because “Britain’s Got Talent” is a ratings monster, and maybe she can bring some of that good fortune over to this show, as well. Anything is possible, we suppose.

Little Mix and Fifth Harmony – For those who love the two groups, know that they both have a part in the upcoming “Today” Summer Concert Series. Little Mix will perform on June 17, while the American girl group will be around July 11.

Alex & Sierra’s latest tease – Finally, we present you what may be some lyrics from the next Alex & Sierra album: “leave the sound of your name on my mouthhhhhh.” That is what the two wrote on Twitter recently, and based on our own searching, they don’t match anything else that is out there across the internet.
