‘The Tomorrow People’ episode 21 preview: Robbie Amell’s Stephen and a waiting game
We’re not in the home stretch of “The Tomorrow People,” and the folks at The CW’s publicity department have done a good job of keeping things a mystery when it comes to next week’s “Kill Switch.” While it would have been very easy for them to make it clear that The Founder was alive or dead in the synopsis below, there is nothing in there that provides real answers.
Instead, the better focus is trying to figure out whether or not the serum is going to completely destroy them, and what the endgame was with some of the injections. Before you do anything else, take a look at the synopsis below:
“When the Tomorrow People learn the truth about the serum they were injected with, Stephen (Robbie Amell) and Cara (Peyton List) attempt to buy time for Jedikiah (Mark Pellegrino) while he tries to create a possible antidote. Growing impatient, Russell (Aaron Yoo) and the other rogue Tomorrow People make a rash decision to sacrifice Roger (guest star Jeffrey Pierce) to Ultra for their own safety. Meanwhile, John (Luke Mitchell) is having a hard time figuring out his new role and the only one he can turn to for advice is Astrid (Madeleine Mantock).”
We’ll have a promo up here at CarterMatt shortly, but we assume that the part of this story that will excite most of you is the chance to see more of John and Astrid together, and also Russell being reckless. He’s better that way more often than not.
