‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: Adel blows up his own spot

Adel -There are times on “Big Brother Canada 2” when we think that Adel is a very good player; then, there are times when we think that he is absolutely insane. In the end, we feel like we’ve come up with the perfect formula for what Adel really is.

1. When it comes to actually pandering to Canada and playing the part of the game that has the voting public involved, he’s brilliant. He gives great Diary Room sessions, his religion makes people interested, and he creates fun moments within the game that make it on the show. He’s able to cover up his flaws and his remarks (some of which have been offensive) thanks to this.

2. When it comes to strategy, the guy’s got no clue at all.

The latest example of that comes tonight from, you guessed it, his power that he won from Canada earlier in the season. During a discussion tonight with some of the members of his alliance (with Neda leading the charge), he tried to explain that his power now was a Veto Ticket. He was called out, Neda demanded to the see the card, and craziness briefly ensued. Basically, everyone knows that the guy is full of it at this point.

This is the problem that Adel backed himself into by assuming that someone like Jon or Arlie, who he told the fake power two weeks ago, would not be in a great position with him later on. He’s still not an immediate target with this in mind, but he doesn’t have anyone in this group that we see taking him to the finals.

As for some other highlights today, there was an epic conversation between Neda and Sabrina where Sabrina got called out for a bunch of stuff, Neda made a new final two deal with Heather (she’s trying to distance herself in some ways from Jon, knowing that Kenny’s after him), and there is a ton of crying from former First Five members now that Sarah is seemingly going home. There is still a Hidden Veto … but nobody knows how it works.
