‘Hart of Dixie’ season 3, episode 17 preview: How Rachel Bilson’s Zoe moves forward

More news -Where in the world does Dr. Zoe Hart go from here on “Hart of Dixie“? Going into the new episode airing next week, this is the question that we’re left wondering. (Warning! There are big spoilers ahead.)

During Friday night’s new episode, it was revealed that Zoe and Joel just couldn’t make their long-distance coupling into something that was actually feasible. Therefore, they have broken up, and it’s now left to everyone else to have to try and pick up those pieces. You may have seen the synopsis below before, but it has a very different meaning now:

“Zoe (Rachel Bilson) is convinced that she and Lavon (Cress Williams) are cursed and the only way to make things right is to fix the past.  When Vivian’s (guest star Lauren Bittner) son (guest star Cole Sand) asks Wade (Wilson Bethel) for some advice, he is happy to help, but not everyone is excited about his methods.  After an unplanned encounter, George (Scott Porter) and Lemon (Jaime King) try to avoid each other, but it is more difficult now that they are business partners.  Meanwhile, AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) is getting fed up with one of Brick’s (Tim Matheson) patients, Davis (guest star Barry Watson), until she learns the real reason behind his ailments.”

What we presume that Zoe and Lavon feel “cursed” about is their inability to actually get into a relationship that actually works for them. Zoe and Joel had it going well for a while, which is the same thing that Lavon and AnnaBeth did.

As for George and Lemon, are we at the beginnings of them having a larger relationship again? Even thought it seems completely crazy given what we saw at the end of season 1, we still cannot rule it out.

What do you think is going to be coming up on “Hart of Dixie” the rest of the season, now that Zoe is a single woman? Share below! Also, click here to read our review of tonight’s big episode … or here to get some further updates via our CarterMatt Newsletter.
