‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5, episode 19 preview: Can Daniela Ruah’s Kensi be saved?

Is the elaborate Kensi story on “NCIS: Los Angeles” finally nearing its end? Based on some of the information that we are receiving now about the next new episode a week from tonight, it is starting to look like it could be.

For this particular episode, you are going to see many of the characters travel all the way out to Afghanistan in order to further aid Daniela Ruah’s character, and spare her from further trouble after fears that she has been captured by the Taliban. Suffice it to say that there will be drama here, and odds are, there is probably also going to be all sorts of actions sequences.

Before we do anything else, let’s start this story off with the official synopsis here courtesy of CBS:

“After learning that Special Agent Kensi Blye disappeared and the Taliban may be he holding her captive, Hetty sends the NCIS: LA team to Afghanistan on a rescue mission.”

By the time that this episode is over, it is very well possible that we are going to have some additional answers; if nothing else, we should at least have a pretty good idea of how the rest of the season is going to go. Here is to hoping that it does set the stage for a pretty great rest of the season. By the time we pick up to next week, April will be here already; as hard as it may be to imagine, that means that the entire season is almost over.
