‘Elementary’ season 2 spoilers: More on Sherlock, Lestrade, and more
“Elementary” has been off of the air for a time on CBS, but like with just about every other show on the schedule right now, the series is gearing up for a big return on Thursday night. This will be the first of several new episodes for the series, as we start to get more and more information on what sorts of cases that Holmes and Watson are going to have before them.
But the focus for this article is specifically on the upcoming March 6 episode of the show (less than two weeks away), which carries with it the title of “Ears to You.” So what can we expect here from the story? Lestrade will be around, but so will a complicated case that suggests that a supposed murder from many years ago actually has so much more going on than first met the eye. Take a look at the synopsis below:
“Holmes and Watson consult on a case in which a man suspected of murdering his wife years ago receives a ransom demand for her safe return. Meanwhile, Lestrade overstays his welcome at the brownstone and seems unwilling to leave.”
This episode of “Elementary” should in the end be a pretty entertaining one, and also one that pushes us somewhat closer to the end of the season. Lestrade and Mycroft are going to be two of the characters involved in the long story this time around, as we start to learn more and more about what makes this modern Sherlock tick, and if he is really adjusting to his new life.
