ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3, episode 14 promo: Are Emily and Conrad allies?

In a little less than three weeks, “Revenge” season 3 is back on the air with some changes to go along with it. For one, the show now has a new timeslot in Sunday nights at 10:00 p.m. Eastern, and the feeling that comes along with that is that the show will have an opportunity to be much darker. No longer are we paired with the family-friendly “Once Upon a Time,” and Emily can take her plotting to the next level.

But is Emily VanCamp’s character really the right person at the moment to be doing such things? One thing that you do have to remember / be slightly worried about here is that her character did wake up in bed with Conrad Grayson. She’s suffering blackouts, and her inability to not remember everything that is happening on these occasions is creating some trouble for her. This is something that makes her almost a liability to her cause at times, and Nolan is one person who already has some concerns over it.

But, there are two moments in particular in this promo that stand out in a big way:

1. The haunting way that Emily claims she wants to “kill them all.”

2. The way that the promo narrator on ABC says “Revengenda” is particularly entertaining for some reason. Maybe it’s just the way that almost everything he says sounds like the most dramatic thing in the world.
