‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2 spoilers: See Vincent confront his past
There are going to be some moments during “Beauty and the Beast” season 2 coming up that could have you a little emotional. How much so? Think along the lines of getting to actually see a window into Vincent’s soul, and a chance to learn a little bit more about what some of his hopes and dreams were prior to him being recruited and turned into something very different.
The upcoming 14th episode of this season (still airing before the lengthy hiatus for the show begins) is entitled “Redemption,” and based on the synopsis that The CW has just released, some of the events to watch out for here include everything from missing people to a team effort to ensure that none of these people stay missing for long. Not only that, but Vincent is going to pay a visit to a place that he once knew very well, which could in turn put him in a position of mass reflection:
“When some of Gabe’s (Sendhil Ramamurthy) acquaintances go missing, Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) must come together to save them. Vincent ends up returning to the hospital where he was an intern, allowing him to see what his life could have been.”
Does all this sound interesting to you? We are personally pretty curious to see how most of this unfolds, and whether or not Cat and Vincent do come up with some sort of grand understanding before we get to the end of this season and they are apart and far from being on the same page.

I seriously cannot wait for this ep! 213 airs tonight, and I have a feeling VINCAT won’t have quite the reunion we all want, but whatever happens, I’m sure it’s on the road to recovery. With all of the crap they’ve been through, I wouldn’t be mad if VinCat take a few more episodes to find their love again. They need reflection and time apart to experience what it’s like without one another. They are destined so whatever relationship the writers throw our way (whether it is Gabe & Catherine) (or Vincent and some other female character), the endgame will be Catherine and Vincent! I will celebrate to that!
NOW LET’S GET US A SEASON THREE AND RECRUIT DURING THIS HIATUS!!! :)

First of all, the fact that Gabe has acquaintances that go missing is a revelation, but that Catherine and Vincent work together to save them is a roundabout way of Gabe not having control over his plans for Cat! Sorry if I’m getting to much joy out of that idea! It will be heart wrenching to watch Vincent relive his would-be life as a doctor, but also may chip away at Cat’s walls of defense! I agree with Jarneen 100%! A fresh start, a “normal life” as it was always meant to be!

I think V starts to reconnect in future eps, writers cant cover everything in one episode or else there would be no show. The art of keeping a series interesting is to keep the audience guessing. It isnt a movie, although a movie would be great. The writers need to stretch it out and hopefully keep it interesting enough for S3

Now that I understand the seasons’ story I can’t wait to see it each week and will be devastated when the hiatus comes. And just an opinion/prediction here, Vincat aren’t as far away as the spoilers, photo’s and press junkets would have us believe.

This sounds like its going to be another amazing episode. Would be good to see a glimpse to Vincent’s past or what his life would have been if didn’t join the army. Would be great to see him reunite with his family. He has lived in hiding for so long, it would be great to see him embrace the outside world and reconnect with people from his past. Can’t wait for episode 13, wish it was Monday already!!!

Jennifer, you’re right!! Where’s Vin’s family?? We know that he has a nephew, Aaron…. And what about his memories?? When did he recover from the amnesia?? The writers can’t forget that basically, this season is about “who I am”, and Vin’s erased memories…. They should explain in some way if he recovered his memories, when did it happen, and if he will not recover the memories, then explain why not… Cannot lieve away this theme… Would be very disappointed for us, beasties… Anyway….this show is amazing!!! Best show ever and pleaseeeeeeeee give us season 3!!!!

Would like to see Vincent reconnect with his family – where’s Aaron? He’s now been all over the media as being back from the dead. Why hasn’t he reached out to his family. This is a big gap and key to answering “who am I”.
