‘Sherlock’ season 3 finale (PBS) spoilers ‘His Last Vow,’ and what to expect

In case you are not into football, there is going to be quite a significant way to get respite from the Super Bowl on Sunday night: Checking out the season 3 finale for “Sherlock” instead on PBS. “His Last Vow” is going to end up being quite an important episode for the series. You have a new character in Charles Augustus Magnussen, the biggest mystery of the season, and so much more.

Just in case you want a few little teasers for this episode without finding out anything and everything, don’t worry: That’s what we are here for. Don’t worry: There are no enormous spoilers in her, so rest easy when it comes to if everything is going to be ruined for you.

1. For all the talk surrounding this character, played wonderfully by Lars Mikkelsen, you may be somewhat surprised by how much screentime that they actually receive over the course of this hour.

2. There is also a much-more familiar character returning for this 90 minutes, and we imagine that you will be more than excited to see them.

3. Every season of “Sherlock” likes to do at least one thing to keep you guessing until the next premiere rolls around, and without saying too much in this space, we certainly believe that this episode does that and then some. You’re not only going to be talking about this for some time, but you’ll be debating with your friends.
