‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: The story ahead for Brother Blood

While there have been isolated villains and recurring guest stars on “Arrow” so far this season, one thing that has felt pretty consistent is that there is a Big Bad in Sebastian Blood. While Slade Wilson may be the bigger bad at the end of the day, Brother Blood is the guy who has been around for most of the season in present-day Starling City. He is the man gaining control of the people, and using the serum in an effort to get a whole army of people working under him.

The best thing about this story, though, is knowing that the worst and the most interesting stuff is still to come. Following the revelation from Laurel Wednesday night that this man is hardly what he proclaims to be (at least if she trusts a woman locked up in an insane asylum), executive producer Marc Guggenheim suggests to Entertainment Weekly that some other characters are going to start to be mixed up in this mess:

“If you think he comes to the forefront in episode 10, you really haven’t seen anything yet. Episode 11 I would say is really Sebastian’s episode to shine. And I would say there is a moment in episode 11 that feels somewhat confrontational. But I will say, Oliver’s not the only member of the Queen family that Sebastian is going to have a confrontation with.”

Who could this confrontation be with? Obviously the two leading candidates are Moira and Thea, and we could technically see either one of them having a problem with him. (Thea is especially on edge these days, as she starts to realize that something is wrong with this man.) Hopefully, we can also get a better sense of this man’s history to learn why he has ended up this way, and how he has kept that facade of his public image separate from who he really is.
