‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3 spoilers: How much more Robin Hood will we see?

What's next? -During the “Once Upon a Time” premiere this week, we were briefly introduced (again) to Robin Hood, a character who is going to be much more important this year back when Tom Ellis briefly held the role last year. He was seen in the modern-day fairy-tale world living at Rumpelstiltskin’s castle, and that is going to be a pretty difficult story to tell if he stays there.

While executive producer Edward Kitsis is staying mum on just where Hood’s whereabouts are going to be down the road, he did tease to TV Guide that we have a great deal more to see from him even moving into the latter half of this season:

“Robin Hood’s story is just beginning. We’re airing in two 11-episode pods. You’re going to get a little more into him in the beginning of this year, but we’re definitely going to get a lot of him in the second half. He’s a character we’re really excited about because he’s a thief, but he’s a thief with honor.”

Robin Hood is one of those characters rumored to be a love interest for Regina, and while that still seems difficult for us to wrap our head around (based mostly on where the character is now), we will at least say this: Sean Maguire is at least holding our interest in the role so far. For a character that so little is known about for the time being, this is appreciated greatly.
