‘Breaking Bad’ on ‘Conan’: Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, and a VERY awkward fan letter

A big break -Before we get to the “Breaking Bad” series finale airing on AMC on Sunday night, why not touch on something now that is almost surely to cause you to go into fits of laughter? If you look at the video below, you can see what is to us the undisputed best moment of the special featuring the actors from the show on “Conan” last night, which also happens to include an X-rated fan letter that you would not believe.

Before anything else, we have to stress, as Bryan Cranston does before reading it aloud to Aaron Paul, Conan O’Brien, and Andy Richter, that this an actual letter that was sent in. No joke. We almost want to not say anything about it so that the surprise is not ruined, but let’s just say that a few sentences into the letter, there is more than one left turn that takes place. The only thing that is equally funny to the letter itself? The bizarre interpretation that Andy has of it.

There is also some conversation of the “Breaking Bad” finale in here as well, including that Cranston and Paul each sat down and filmed themselves reading what is the final episode of the show for the first time for an upcoming DVD collection. (That’s an extremely gracious thing for the actors to allow their raw emotions to be seen like that.)  There is also footage of Vince Gilligan writing the episode that was filmed for this documentary. Basically, the “Breaking Bad” complete series set seems to be the sort of thing that you would want to get, even if you already had some of the previous seasons and were enjoying them.
