Conan O’Brien tries (and sort of fails) to play ‘Grand Theft Auto V’

For those of you, like us, who are big-time fans of video gaming, you probably appreciate Conan O’Brien’s “Clueless Gamer” series where television and the art of button-mashing meet. If you add to this the complete lack of skill that Conan actually has when it comes to video games, then what you really have here is something close to a perfect combination.

When you consider that “Grand Theft Auto V” is the game that currently has the vast majority of people in America / the world talking right now, isn’t there really no better game for Conan to take on a test run than this? Based on the video below, we can say almost definitively that Coco is not doing it right. He crashes a car about three seconds in, has a little too much fun beating up someone before taking their car, and then compares his driving skills to his daily commute to work.

We’d say more here, but we don’t want to spoil anything too major when it comes to either the video or the story. Let’s just say that if you enjoy this series, then you’re almost sure to enjoy this. It’s just a pile of silly fun, and a reminder that despite doing many of these segments at this point, Conan still has not gotten any better when it comes to playing video games.

“Grand Theft Auto V” already broke single-day sales records, and despite being the most-expensive game of all time to make, it is looking more and more like there are some huge profits in store for it.
