NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2 spoilers: Tracy Spiridakos, Elizabeth Mitchell on new stories
While we have been fairly skeptical on “Revolution” season 2 for much of the past couple of weeks, we have to give credit where credit is due to the folks behind the scenes at the show for giving us a few reasons to be excited about what is coming up.
In the video below, you can see some of the actors, including Elizabeth Mitchell, Tracy Spiridakos, and Giancarlo Esposito all talk about the story that lies ahead for their characters. One change that we are completely in favor if seeing most of the story shift to a small town in Texas, which serves as a much more centralized location than anything that we have seen so far. This will hopefully give the show a feel similar to “The Walking Dead” or “Hell on Wheels,” where you get to know an individual group of characters more and even the setting takes on a little bit more of an identity. The first season was scattered and nomadic, and we are all for getting to settle in a little more.
However, not all characters are going to be there. Charlie, who is going to be much more mature (thankfully) this season, is going to embark on a revenge mission against Monroe after realizing that he is now down on his luck. Speaking of guys who are down on their luck, we’re going to see much of the same thing for Neville, as he finds himself in an interesting position that certainly contradicts the idea of him being a powerful man that we once had.
