‘Bones’ season 9 spoilers: Who wants to see some Booth / Brennan bachelor parties?

While Booth and Brennan may not be starting off the ninth season of “Bones” in the best place ever, one thing that has already been confirmed about the show is that by the time the finale rolls around, these two characters will have finally been able to say “I do” and walk down the aisle. The wedding is in fact coming!

So what sort of thing can you expect to see from these two characters before that time? Think along the lines of some bachelor and bachelorette parties. Speaking to TVLine, executive producer Stephen Nathan teases that these are events that are going to be happening, but they “might not be in the right order … We want to continue to mess up tradition while kind of keeping it traditional at the same time.”

The good news in hearing that quote is that it pretty much puts the couple on par with every other one under the sun, given that messing up wedding planning and not having everything go as according to plan is something that happens to almost every couple under the sun; it’s hardly new to Booth and Brennan. But given how these two are extraordinary characters, we imagine that they will find a way to make this entire course of events even more interesting and over-the-top, and give us some great moments prior to the wedding ever happening.
