‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5: Watch Chris O’Donnell retrace his past

More scoop -While the new season of “NCIS: Los Angeles” may not premiere on CBS until Tuesday, September 24 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, we have something for you to check out now that may help to somewhat ease the wait: A full episode of “Who Do You Think You Are?” airing on TLC tomorrow night that gives you an opportunity to learn all about Chris O’Donnell away from the his show.

In the clip below from the episode, you get a sense of everything O’Donnell did before the show, including breaking out as Robin in “Batman Forever,” and how he made the decision to settle down and start a family after finding who he believed to be the perfect person for him.

The episode itself, per a TLC press release, will give him an opportunity through the paternal side of the family to discover a patriotic history that he never realized before even existed. While “Who Do You Think You Are?” as a show is probably one that you enjoy more or less depending on who the celebrity at the center of it is, what we are looking for from this hour is the opportunity to see a little bit more of the personal side of Chris, and not just the guy you see acting out situations with LL Cool J and the rest of the cast on a regular basis.

This episode will air at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, so e sure to watch / check your DVRs. Meanwhile, if you want to read some more news on the upcoming “NCIS: Los Angeles” season, click here to find out a little bit more news about a villain that could be surfacing on the show soon.
