Next week on “Teen Wolf” season 3, we’re going to have an episode unlike any other this year: The summer finale. This will mark the last time that we see these characters until the spring season kicks off, and you have to expect that there are going to be some pretty enormous things that transpire. Just in case you want even more analysis of this, just remember that the episode is called “Lunar Eclipse,” and when you are a werewolf, it is pretty easy to assume that this does not translate into great things for you.
At the end of tonight’s episode, we saw Scott and others attempt to try and put a stop to what Deucalion has planned, and even went as far as to risk their own well-being in order to make it happen via a chilly ritual. While the synopsis below does not give everything away, there is still a little insight that is worth checking out:
“Under Deaton’s advice, Scott and his friends use an ancient but extremely dangerous ritual to help them both save the lives of the people they love and stop Deucalion from achieving his sinister goal.”
There is a part of us wondering whether MTV is going to try and close the book on the Deucalion character now, feeling that they have more of a story to tell with some other people in the new year. We already know that there will be more of an Asian influence and some new elements to the mythology, and it may just be around if there is more of that story to tell for the character, who has already done plenty of evil things to fulfill all expectations.
