‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ reunion preview: Vicki Gunvalson’s letter talk
Monday, the three-part thunderdome known as “The Real Housewives of Orange County” reunion show is going to begin, and the preview below basically gives you an opportunity to get all three hours of it in a microcosm. Women battle for screen time by handing out embarrassing information, there is a massive dose of people talking over each other desperate to be heard, and Andy Cohen looks confused and tries to figure out if there is an escape button on his chair. We are sure he loves the money that he gets from creating this monster, but we definitely wouldn’t want to be in this environment.
The video below is particularly maddening when you consider that one of the targets of it in Lauri Petersen is not even a part of the show anymore, and the two are fighting about things that really should be in the past pertaining to a letter, and what could be construed by some as Vicki Gunvalson fighting back at Lauri for some of the information passed down from earlier this season.
You can see more of that in the video, since it is much too confusing to try and actually write down. Meanwhile, the following marks the official synopsis via Bravo:
“Andy Cohen sits down with Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Barney, Gretchen Rossi, Alexis Bellino,Heather Dubrow and Lydia McLaughlin to revisit the drama from season eight. The epic three-part reunion begins as Vicki and Gretchen go head to head digging up the past and slinging mud as they vie for Tamra’s friendship. The drama then turns to new housewife Lydia who is called to task about her outspokenness and forced to defend herself against accusations of stirring the pot. And then the tension hits a boiling point when original housewife Lauri Petersen returns to defend her claims of Vicki’s infidelities instigating an explosive fight that changes the nature of their friendship forever.”
