‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4 spoilers: Lucy Hale on Aria, Ezra, and worlds colliding

Finally, here is some “Pretty Little Liars” scoop that almost everyone has been looking forward to seeing to a certain degree: Seeing Ezra finally get clued in somewhat to the world surrounding him, at least when it comes to “A” and what Aria is going through. The two are not even together right now, and while she seems to a certain extent happy around Adam, it’s just not the same. For one, he doesn’t care for the black-and-white movies, and he also just does not have the same sort of emotional connection to her.

While we sadly cannot confirm that we are going to be seeing an Aria / Ezra reconciliation this season, Lucy Hale did have the following to say about their story ahead via TVLine:

“You find out things about Ezra that you never knew about, and he’s let into this secret world of Aria and what she’s been dealing with with ‘A’, which is very exciting for people to get to see.”

No matter what the hidden part of Ezra’s past may be, we do have to assume this: It is probably not going to be anywhere near as rough as having a secret son that he did not previously know about. With Malcolm presumably on the move now to the northwest unless he can find a way to stop it, this could free up Ezra to have more interaction with Aria and some of the other characters again. With the first half of the season almost over, we imagine that this is something that is definitely going to bleed somewhat over into the spring.
