‘Breaking Bad’ season 5: Bryan Cranston, Jimmy Fallon play with your look

Did you see this coming? -“Let Us Play With Your Look” on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” is the strangest segment on any late-night show these days. It’s almost like walking down a grocery aisle and seeing one of those tabloids about Oprah having aliens living in her basement: You know that it’s ridiculous and know that you shouldn’t give it the time of day, but when push comes to shove, you just have to see more.

Some of the past celebrities to take part in this segment include Alec Baldwin and Lindsay Lohan, but this time around, it was Bryan Cranston, in an effort to promote “Breaking Bad” returning to TV, that decided to join in on the fun. Sporting a very unrecognizable blonde wig to go along with no evil goatee and sparkly lipstick, the man pulled some poor guy from his audience chair and made him look like some member of an otherworldly tribe where having spiky hair is still cool.

Jimmy’s part was identical to what it always is: He came out on stage, sang his lines in his high-pitched (and very shrill) voice, and then was ushered off when he was getting too into what he was doing. Cranston, meanwhile, did something a little bit different in going over to announce Steve Higgins, moving his dirty hands close to his face, and then kissed him right on the mouth. Surprisingly, Higgins kept it together to return to his duties a few seconds later, which we suppose is some sort of sign of a true professional.

Is this in your mind one of the greatest iterations of this sketch that you’ve seen? As always, we want to hear some of your thoughts below! If you’re interested in checking out some more interesting “Breaking Bad” news and gossip, you can do so over at the link here.
