NBC’s ‘The Voice’ winner Cassadee Pope announces ‘Frame by Frame’ album title

The latest -Who knew that the word “frame” was such a big theme these days when it comes to singing-competition winners? You likely knew already that “American Idol” champion Lee DeWyze had named his August 20 sophomore release “Frames,” and now we are finding out some more news from Cassadee Pope of “The Voice”: Her upcoming disc goes by the name “Frame by Frame.”

Cassadee’s label over at Big Machine confirmed the news with the Vine video below featuring the singer, though there is no confirmation yet as to what her release date will be. Cassadee has been working on this disc for most of the year following her win, in addition to taking to the road in an effort to promote her debut single “Wasting All These Tears.” While she is still somewhat new to the country community, she has done a great job of getting herself immersed, and marketing to this rather enormous audience that tends to support its own very well.

For Cassadee, she has a pretty easy road ahead to have the top-selling album from anyone to be featured on the NBC competition, but we still think that this is not going to be that much of a challenge. Seasons 1 and 2 champions Javier Colon and Jermaine Paul are completely off of the radar now, and it’s still too early in Danielle Bradbery’s post-show life for her to be having an album hit stores. (However, she does have a single out there in “The Heart of Dixie” that she also performed recently on “The Today Show.”)

What do you think about “Frame by Frame” as an album title, and are you planning to pick it up? If you want to also see a surprise appearance that she made this past weekend at a Blake Shelton concert, all you have to do is click here.
