‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3 spoilers: Lost Boys and lost….

LostGirls! To answer the title, we’re talking about “Lost Girl,” which is the title for the second episode of “Once Upon a Time” season 3. This news was confirmed this weekend by executive producer Adam Horowitz on Twitter, and it actually comes around a month after we first learned that “The Heart of the Truest Believer” was the title of the September 29 premiere.

Now, we come to the next part of the puzzle: Trying to figure out just what this title means. Luckily, we do have a few theories worth sharing on it.

1. Maybe the title is about Emma, who has spent much of her own time lost over the years. Plus, it remains clear that Neal was at one point one of the Lost Boys, and thus we have some clarity on his relationship with Peter Pan and Captain Hook.

2. Maybe the title is about Tinker Bell, who is one of the new additions to the season. Considering that she is already within this world somewhere, it would make sense.

3. Could this title be about someone else? We know that Horowitz loves to change things up and keep you guessing, and he would be very much doing that if this was a title really about Mary Margaret and Regina, who have been lost at times in some of their own ways on the show.

This episode will air on Sunday, October 6, so you’re still going to have a while to wait before figuring it out. One thing we can say, though, is that you will probably get a hint or two during the show’s premiere as to what it is about.
