‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 7 preview: Aria’s brother in the crosshairs

Is there anyone within the world of “Pretty Little Liars” as mysterious as Mike Montgomery? We think not! For a show that has its fair share of question marks, none loom larger than Aria’s brother vanishing off the show for over a year, and then popping back in and suddenly having one of the most expansive roles out of any supporting character.

Basically, the theme of the sneak peek below is simple: Is there any real reason that Aria should doubt what her brother tells her? We think that there is, but for one very-simple reason: The guy was clearly furious at Connor, so why not try to destroy his car? The moment that we saw the scene at the end of the last episode, we predicted that Mike was the guilty party … just like everyone else in the known world watching the show.

In the sneak peek below, Aria confronts her brother head-on about whether or not he was anywhere other than near the coffee shop last night, and he said he was at home, chilling out. He also makes the argument that as a lacrosse player, his actions would not exactly fit the crime.

Who knows? Maybe this is a classic case of misdirection, and this was really Jenna or the ghost of Ali who pulled this off. We can’t put anything past Marlene King at this point after the fire and Red Coat. We just want to see Mike actually stick around for some extended span of time this year, and not just disappear into oblivion again.
