‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 premieres September 10; see poster with Charlie Hunnam, cast
For “Sons of Anarchy” and FX, there is apparently not too great of a need to really change things up from one season to the next when it comes to the premiere. Last year, the show premiered on Tuesday, September 11 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time; and this year, the premiere date is exactly going to be one date earlier.
We personally understand fully the desire to have the show come back on the air at this time. In putting the show on in early September, it allows it to gain some footing before major competition comes on the broadcast networks. (Then again, it’s not exactly like the show needs it, given that it does typically perform well and even beat other shows in the 10:00 p.m. time slot in the demo.) This episode is going to be entitled “Straw,” and we know already that it is going to run longer than the standard hour allotted by the network. As for how much longer, that remains to be seen.
As for what else we have to share today, check out the full poster for the show by clicking on the image to blow it up to a larger size. This is very similar to the teaser that has already been released, as it mostly just shows anarchy in its most-physical form, with the likes of Charlie Hunnam, Theo Rossi, Ron Perlman, and more battling it out. We don’t anticipate seeing a literal version of this scrum on the show itself, but it would actually be pretty awesome if it happened.
What do you think about this “Sons of Anarchy” poster? If you do want to go back and watch that full trailer, our advice is just to head on over to the link here.

I think it’s a great poster. Season five ended with a lot of hate and anger mixed with emotion over the death of Tigs daughter and Maggie going to jail the ‘ brawl poster’ seems to be the progression of what everyone is feeling.
