‘Boardwalk Empire’ season 4 spoilers: Check out the brand-new trailer!

While Sunday night marks the beginning for a brand-new season of HBO’s “The Newsroom,” we also have something else to tease courtesy of the network: The new trailer for the fourth season of another major hit for the network in “Boardwalk Empire.”

In this trailer, you get a sense of a little bit of everything that is going to be coming up this season: Dealings with authorities, Nucky Thompson being Nucky Thompson, and of course some of the best costumes and design that we have across the entire television medium.

There are also some notable guest stars this season, including Jeffrey Wright and also Ron Livingston, who are going to be doing just about everything that they can in order to stir the pot a little bit, and in some pretty surprising ways.

The question that we have at this point is this: Will this be enough to bring the show back some much-needed buzz? Thanks to the rise of “Homeland” and some other premium drama series, a show that was once a major threat to topple “Mad Men” at the Emmys has dissolved to somewhat of a secondary candidate. We didn’t necessary think that season 3 was terrible by any means, but it did fall victim to there just being a number of other huge competitors on TV with great reviews to their names.
