Big Brother 28 live feed spoilers: Week 1 Veto players

The week 1 Power of Veto Competition is taking place this afternoon in the Big Brother 28 house — so what can you expect?

Well, the first of business in this particular article is setting the stage for what lies ahead. In case you missed it, Dee is the Head of Household this week and with that power, she has chosen to nominate Taylor, Mallory, and Yash. Mallory felt like the target for a significant chunk of the past 24 hours but at the same time, Dee’s allegiances are not as clear as it would at first seem.

After all, earlier today the HoH indicated that her true pact is with Devens, Angela, Drew, and Barrett more than anyone else. She indicated to Barrett that Kamu has been saying his name, a sign that she is just using them to pass along information. As a matter of fact, this is really employing a tactic that we saw back in the past with the Brigade, one where they would have some separate alliances that they could use to filter back information. Dee has Kamu and Haley, Drew is building something with Melody, and we know that Barrett has at least chatted a lot with Ashley.

The Veto players are…

In addition to the HoH and the nominees, you are also going to see Melody and Barrett take part today. Melody actually needs to win this competition far more than she is even aware at this point; if she does not and someone uses it, there is a good chance that she ends up being the replacement nominee. Mallory is the easy person for everyone to remove from the game, though we do wonder if over time, more of a push could be made against Yash. Taylor appears to be fine, no matter the scenario.
