We are talking about a crime drama where there is a particular framework for a lot of the general cases. However, at the same time you also have room in here to explore some deeper things, as well. This should prove to be rather exciting to watch, but will it also turn into something more? At least for now, that is the overall mystery.

How many episodes are we getting this summer?

Think along the lines of eight in total! While that may seem small compared to some other American crime dramas, it is actually a rather robust order for a British series within this genre. By virtue of that, we are hopeful that there will be a chance to really dive into these characters and learn some incredibly interesting stuff along the way. That is without mentioning the cases, which should stay exciting in their own right.
