A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder season 3: Is it renewed, canceled?

Following what we have today when it comes to A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder season 2 launching over on Netflix, is a season 3 poised to arrive? Or, have we gotten to the end of the road for the young-adult mystery show?
Of course, there is quite a bit that is worth getting into here, but we really should start by setting the stage for the second season, at least for those who have not had an opportunity to watch yet:
After solving the Andie Bell case, Pip (Emma Myers) is determined to fix the fallout – and stay away from any more investigations. But as Max Hastings’ (Henry Ashton) trial approaches, Connor’s (Jude Morgan-Collie) brother Jamie (Eden H Davies) suddenly disappears, and Pip finds herself in a race against time to find him.

Now as for what the future holds…
Neither Netflix nor the folks at the BBC have announced yet if there is going to be more of the series. Is there hope? Absolutely, with some of that being tied to the fact that there is more source material out there for them to adapt. Yet, some of it is going to come down to viewership. The good news here is that compared to Myers’ other big hit in Wednesday, this is not a series that has some tremendously high budget and with that, the threshold to be considered a success is likely a little bit different. That should at least inspire a little bit of hope as we do wait and see what is decided.
Odds are, something will be solidified over the course of the next few months — if you do want to see some more of the show happen, the only advice we can offer is to recommend the series to all of your friends!
