The Walking Dead: Dead City season 3 premiere date revealed
If you have been hoping to learn something more when it comes to The Walking Dead: Dead City season 3 over at AMC, it may be fair to say we’ve got a few more bits and pieces of info that are straight up your alley.
Where do we start? Well, first and foremost, it is worth noting that the Jeffrey Dean Morgan – Lauren Cohan series is poised to return on Sunday, July 26 on both the network as well as AMC+.

It is great to have this bit of information but beyond just that, why not add a few other things to the mix, as well? We are, after all, quite pleased to know that moving forward, we are going to see Negan and Maggie actually working together more. Here is some of what Morgan himself had to say to Entertainment Weekly:
“We needed this relationship to move on between Maggie and Negan … And I was desperate for it. Negan kept doing things like saving her, saving her kid, and yet she just hated me. I just think we all were ready to move on. It’s not just gonna be, ‘I’m gonna kill you when I get the chance,’ you know?”
Meanwhile, Cohan added the following:
“If I’m not gonna kill him, I gotta live with him and I have to see him for who he really is … And that involves a lot of healing for both their relationship and for her personally. The thing that’s different this year is her vulnerability of saying, ‘I need your help.’ And that’s something she’s never tried with him. She’s coerced him and manipulated him into helping her, and he’s done it either knowingly or unknowingly to repay a debt, but this is the first time that she’s led with more openness with him.”
We still do not think that these two are ever going to be the best of friends and that’s okay. The real point here is that the show changes — that is, after all, what could give it the best chance at a long-term future.
