Severance season 3 premiere date: An April 2026 update

With us now progressing even deeper into the month of April, are we on the cusp of finally getting more news regarding Severance season 3 at Apple TV?

Well, make no mistake at the moment that we’d love nothing more than to be able to rejoice in the imminent arrival of the Adam Scott series again. Unfortunately, this is where we have to marge in with the rather-unfortunate reminder that ultimately, we are still quite far away from it coming back. While there have been some hopeful indicators that production will be starting up soon, nothing has been locked into place yet in a way that will please the public.

Because of everything we’ve said above, we are still in a spot where we could be waiting a long time before season 3 could officially return. If we are lucky, we will have a chance to see it around next summer or fall — while that is a long wait, it is somehow still a smaller amount of time than what we had to deal with between seasons 1 and 2. A lot of early indicators suggest that a season 4 is likely but that could very-well by the final one. Just on the basis of how long we’re stuck waiting between seasons here, it really should not be that hard at all to imagine why this wouldn’t be a show that goes on for a million more seasons (even if we’d welcome it).

What is the biggest question we have?

Really it comes down to just one thing: What is going to happen to Outie Mark? Are we ever going to see that guy again? Innie Mark is still within Lumon and after the actions of his Outie, we’re not sure that we are ever going to see that guy again.
