Bad Monkey season 2 premiere date: A spring 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to hear more about Bad Monkey season 2 between now and the end of the spring?

The first order of business here is really not that complicated: Issuing a reminder that the Vince Vaughn – Apple TV show is already done with production, and we do feel rather grateful to not have to worry about that for the next few months. We tend to think that as of right now, everyone is in post-production making sure that the series is as strong as humanly possible. This is a process that will take some time and then after that, the streaming service does have to figure out the best spot on the calendar for the show.

So what can we say at the moment? Well, that’s rather simple: We tend to think that we are going to see the series back in the fall. Because of that, we do not think any more updates are going to be revealed during the spring. We are still so far away, and Apple does not have to rush anything more given that they do have some more Bill Lawrence produced shows set to premiere within the relatively near future. You still have Shrinking on the air right now and from what we have already heard, Ted Lasso will be coming this summer.

What will the story be moving forward?

Based on what we have heard at this point, our general feeling is that you are going to see another sunny Florida mystery, with the big twist here being that it is not based on any particular story from Carl Hiaasen. There is still a plan to adapt Razor Girl, but that is not something that will happen for a little while.
