‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 6 preview: ‘Motel California’ is a scary place

“Teen Wolf” fans, brace yourselves: You’re about to see a string of two pretty incredible episodes coming your way. The first one, entitled “Motel California,” is one that feel somewhat like an homage to an old-school horror movie. There are of course going to be monsters (just look at what kind of show this is), but that is just the tip of the iceberg here, one that begins with our stranded characters checking in, and thinking that they only have to stay here for one night.

If we had to make a laundry list of things to look forward to in this episode, it would include the following: Transformations, shirtlessness, bathtub scenes, violence, and of course that terrifying feeling where you are trapped somewhere and don’t have anywhere else to go. A motel is one of the last places you’d ever want to be for some sort of terrible situation, largely because there are dangers surrounding you at just about every direction, given that there is only one way out of your room, and you run the risk of your attacker knowing the environment much better than you do.

Now, we do have to say something very simple about this episode: If we were the ones in this situation, we’re about 1,000% sure that we would do the following thing upon arriving to this hotel: Lock the door, move as much furniture as possible against the bathroom door, lock it, and then hide in the bathroom (maybe behind the door with a blunt object). We definitely would not go out into the darkness.
