The Lincoln Lawyer season 5 premiere date: A spring 2026 update
Is there a chance that, at some point between now and the end of the spring, we will learn more about The Lincoln Lawyer season 5 at Netflix?
Of course, this is one of those instances where it feels like there’s a lot to say about the future of the show already. Not only has it been greenlit, but work is being done already to bring the next chapter of the story to life. Our hope is that in the next few months, we are going to get even more behind-the-scenes updates that set the table for what is to come.

So is there a chance that we’re going to get some premiere-date news while we are at it? As awesome as that would be, the simple answer here is “no.” There is no real reason at this point to imagine that this is coming and instead, we will be waiting until early 2027 (at the earliest) to see it back. The great news about The Lincoln Lawyer is that it is one of those shows that can be turned around really fast and there is something thoroughly exciting about that.
As for when we will have some sort of premiere-date announcement, our estimation there is either during the fall or early winter. We are going to require a great deal of patience but at the same time, let’s just hope that it proves to be worthwhile. This season feels like it is going to be dramatic at times and fun at others — and we are also going to be seeing a great deal of Cobie Smulders!
