Survivor 50 episode 5 sneak peek: Devens’ next move
In two days you are going to be seeing Survivor 50 episode 5 officially arrive at CBS — so what sort of awesome stuff is coming around the bend?
Well, there are a handful of different things that are worth being psyched about in the game moving forward, especially since this go-around, there is more of a guarantee of a big surprise! What else can you really say here, given the fact that two tribes are going to be voting someone off? It is easy to assume that the purple tribe Vatu will be going back again without many physical assets on their team. Who could end up joining them?

Well, if you had over to the link here, you can see a sneak preview focusing on Rick Devens alongside Jonathan on the swapped orange Cila tribe. He recognizes that he is potentially on the bottom, given that the bulk of the people there make up original Kalo members. Is the target on him? Not necessarily, as Jonathan notes that Rizo is someone there is a lot of distrust around at this point. Charlie clearly wants him out, but the problem here is really just that he has an immunity idol nobody is seemingly aware of at this point. We know from season 49 that Rizo is very-much great at milking these and figuring out unique ways to play them.
Ultimately, we do have a lot of Devens’ belief that he can stick around in this part of the game. He’s a crafty player, and he is constantly going to find a way in order to shift and adapt to what is going on around him. His bigger issue is just that he really can’t help but make himself a big target, and that could be more relevant later.
