Ted Lasso season 4: A new Phil Dunster tease
Is Phil Dunster going to appear as Jamie Tartt at some point during Ted Lasso season 4? That does remain somewhat of a mystery.
After all, there is a lot to consider here! Given that the actor is a full series regular on another show in Rooster over on HBO, we imagine that his schedule was rather limited. However, the two do share an executive producer in Bill Lawrence and also a production company. If there was a reason for Jamie to come back, even for a guest spot, we tend to think it is possible.

While there were some rumors once upon a time that Dunster would not be turning up this coming season, it does appear as though it is somewhat more possible now. Speaking to People Magazine, the actor key it coy when asked about a future appearance, but also noted that he has a ton of confidence in what is ahead:
“I also have met a fair few of the people involved in it … And, man, I just think it’s going to be brilliant. I really do. And it’s got plenty of the stuff that people love about the show and will come back wanting. They’ll get that … But, then there’s just loads of new fresh meat, some new blood, and they’re brilliant. They’re so funny.”
The “new blood” that Phil is referring to here is likely the member of the women’s team at Richmond, who will make up a reasonable percentage of the story. A number of familiar faces from the first three seasons are going to be back led by Jason Sudeikis, and we hope that many other familiar faces will come up here and there in some sort of capacity.
