American Horror Story season 13 premiere date: Best-case scenario

We do believe that this is going to be a great time to love American Horror Story on FX, mostly because of one simple fact: Season 13 is on the horizon! Even if we are stuck waiting for a little while to see it, just knowing that it is on the way is enough (at least for now) to make us happy.

As of right now, this season is set up to be gloriously nostalgic, as you are going to be getting a number of big names from the past back including Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, and so many others. Meanwhile, you are also going to have a chance to see Ariana Grande — a Ryan Murphy veteran thanks to Scream Queens — make our franchise debut.

Are we hoping to learn more about season 13 this month, whether it be filming or the story? Sure, but for the sake of this particular article, though, let’s get more into a possible premiere date. When could we actually see a grand return for the show happen?

Well, based on where things stand at this particular moment, the best-case scenario here feels like early September. That is a window that we have seen from past American Horror Story seasons, and it makes sense to do so here. Filming will (hopefully) be done around that time and beyond that, this has never been a show that needed a ton of post-production.

The biggest reason for the series to return at this time is pretty darn simple: It is close to Halloween! This is where the show tends to shine, and it makes no sense to air it at any point later than this.
