Interview with the Vampire season 3 teaser: More on The Vampire Lestat

The third season of Interview with the Vampire a.k.a. The Vampire Lestat is poised to premiere this summer on AMC — and of course, it makes perfect sense to want to learn more about it at this point! Filming is over and at this point, we are mostly just eager to see what the powers-that-be have cooked up for the next chapter.

Ultimately, there are a couple of things that are really clear entering the next season already. For starters, Sam Reid’s character is going to be out to reclaim his power, mostly in the form of an epic rock-star tour. Many characters from the first two seasons, whether it be Louis and Daniel Molloy, are still going to be around.

If you head over to the link here now, you can see a new teaser that does a really good job of setting the stage for what the next chapter of the story will look like. This is short, but you see a number of characters alongside Lestat continuing to try and find his new place in the world. There may still be a lot of anger and hurt present here but at the same time, we also tend to think there is a good chance that we are also going to be seeing some growth. While this show can have its fair share of carnage, we tend to think it is about relationships first — and we do not think there is any real reason for that to change.

Now, let’s just go ahead and hope that AMC is kind enough to share some actual premiere-date news within the relatively near future.
