Bridgerton season 4 spoilers: Yerin Ha talks My Cottage scenes
There are a number of different things to be excited about heading into the Bridgerton season 4 premiere later this week — and of course, romance is high on the list. How can it not be? The hope is that the relationship between Benedict and Sophie Baek is something special, and there are a number of specific moments that we can already spotlight here in advance.
What is one big one? Well, look in the direction here of the masquerade ball (pictured above), something teased throughout the promotional material. Another is the presence of My Cottage, a pivotal spot from the source material. We do not want to share too much now, but this will be a chance for these characters to eventually deepen their bond.

In speaking about all of this further per Swooon, here is more of what Yerin Ha (who plays Sophie) had to say:
“I think what’s so special about My Cottage is that it is a little bit of a fantasy getaway for the two of them … I think [it] really does the book justice as well, but there’s also new elements to it, like the kite scene, which I think is really nice.”
We do think there are two goals for this show that manage to exist simultaneously at once. First and foremost, you have the long-running narrative that needs to pay off, especially when you have other stories that you are working to set u like Francesca’s. Also, you need to create a number of individually striking moments to keep the discussion. We do tend to think that in general, these are a reason for much of the show’s popularity so far.
