‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 6 preview: First look at ‘Motel California’

Is there a more perfect title for next week’s episode of “Teen Wolf” other than “Motel California”? The sort of entrapment that is going to happen on the MTV show next week is definitely going to be of the worst kind: You have characters left alone in a strange environment, a mysterious killer out to get them, and then some known enemies in the alpha pack and their super-powerful blind leader who is like the Daredevil of werewolves. To be frank, this is a bona fide recipe for disaster.

“Stranded at a motel for the night because of the postponed cross country meet, Scott and the others suffer strange experiences that cause them to believe members of their own group may the mysterious killer’s newest targets.”

The promo below provides a little bit more in the way of insight, as we have everything from romance, crying and pleading over Derek, danger, bloody things, and someone getting locked away. To us, all of this really sums up a basic theme: Anytime that you say you are about to have yet another boring night, something extremely out of the ordinary (and often terrifying) will happen. Everyone will be very lucky to get out of this and the subsequent episode “Currents” (rumored to have a major death in it) still intact.
