The White Lotus season 4 premiere date: October 2025 update

With us getting closer now to the end of October 2025, is good news on the horizon when it comes to The White Lotus season 4? Make no mistake, we’d like it — but getting it is an entirely different story based on where things stand.

After all, remember at present just how much we know about the next chapter of the series — or rather, how little we know instead. It appears as though the HBO series will be heading off to France and while that is not 100% official as of yet, it appears that we are least leaning in that direction. It would not be a shock if a cast member or two from the first three seasons appeared but even with that, it will take a good while for an announcement to be made.

What we are trying to say at this point should be pretty clear: You are going to be waiting a long time to get insight on season 4. Right now we tend to think that creator Mike White is in the planning phases of the next part of the story, with the hope being that filming can take place next year. A lot of HBO shows in general operate under a two-year cycle, so it is our personal hope that we will venture back to this resort chain at some point in 2027.

The biggest question to us at this point is whether or not there is any more meat on the bone when it comes to the Greg arc. Belinda ended up taking the money rather than trying to pursue any further justice against him — because of all of that, is Portia really the only loose end out there? Will we ever see her again?
