America’s Got Talent season 21 premiere date hopes on NBC

Following the end of season 20 over on NBC, what more can we say when it comes to America’s Got Talent season 21? Will the talent competition come back for more?

Well, let’s just start things off here by saying that another season feels at this point to be more or less inevitable. This is a show that likely will last so long as the ratings are solid, and while this is not necessarily the live-TV behemoth it once was, it does still fare reasonably well and generates a lot of internet buzz all over the world. There is a reason, after all, why there are so many international acts who love to come on board and compete.

So now that we’ve laid all of that out, let’s go ahead and transfer over to the next all-important question: When will America’s Got Talent return for more? Nothing has been altogether confirmed here but at the same time, our hope is just that we see it again either in late May or early June. This is a lot of the pattern that we have seen on the show over the years and at this point, we have a hard time thinking that this is going to change.

Will anything with the show itself change?

This is where we will come out here with a familiar refrain to what we have seen over the years. Our hope at the moment is that season 21 will feature fewer auditions and more of a proper middle round before the live shows. We miss the Judge Cuts, since it would be rather awesome in the event that we had a chance to form a larger emotional connection to the acts.
