‘Royal Pains’ season 5, episode 4 preview: Hank and Evan learn Divya’s big news

First, let’s start off this “Royal Pains” season 5 article with the bad news: You’re going to be waiting more than a week to dive back into the world of the Hamptons again. Thanks to the Fourth of July holiday, USA has smartly decided to not broadcast a new episode on July 3, and you will thus be sitting around waiting for something to air on July 10 instead.

What you can expect when it comes to this episode is something big: Specifically, Divya explaining to Hank and Evan (thanks mostly to Jeremiah blurting it out) that she is expecting her first child. How will they react? First with a rather large pause, and then, some sort of mixture of excitement and panic. You see, to them Divya is family, and we think that the two also may look at this as some sort of trial to their own futures, when they think about having kids of their own.

Since this episode is entitled “Pregnant Paws,” you should also expect to see some four-legged friends coming on board the show. We’re all about releasing the hounds (or whatever breed they are), especially since this is the home in USA of the Westminster Dog Show that always gets so much attention year in and year out. We’re also curious to see if Jeremiah can really start to build some sort of relationship with Divya, now that he has gotten rid of the beard, and thus, the wall that was keeping the two apart.
