‘Royal Pains’ season 5 spoilers: Take a look at the premiere

In just a little over a day’s time, “Royal Pains” is going to be back on the air with new episodes airing on USA. This means that Hank and Evan will be back trying to solve the medical problems of the ridiculously-wealthy … though the odds are also pretty high that they could still be facing some problems of their own, given what Hank went through at the end of last season.

But is that the focus of the new sneak peek below from the premiere? Hardly, instead, what we are looking at here is a case of Hank trying to take care of another wealthy patient, and this one getting an up-close-and-personal tour of the entire HankMed facility within the comfort of Hank and Evan’s home. However, there is something a little bit odd about this whole ordeal: While she is grateful for the medical attention, she simultaneously seems to be a little bit too curious about the entire operation they have going.

Given that there are some early hints suggesting that the way in which the Lawsons do business could be in jeopardy this season, this scene may be the beginnings of that. Or, it could just be a woman trying to get a sense as to what Hank and Evan are all about, and it serves as a nice mini-introduction to the show for viewers who are watching the show for the first time tomorrow. (They’re coming in at a good time, given that last season was the strongest by a mile.)
