2013 TCA Awards nominations: ‘Breaking Bad,’ ‘Orphan Black,’ ‘New Girl’ score nods
With the nominations for the 2013 TCA Awards coming in, the race for the Primetime Emmy Awards is starting to become more and more interesting. It is ultimately hard to tell just what direction these voters will lean, mostly because there is so much contrast between these nods and the Critics’ Choice TV Awards nominations. (That ceremony will be held tonight, and you can read more about our picks for it here.)
The big winners by our estimation here are predictable shows like “Breaking Bad” and “Homeland,” but also some new programming in “The Americans” and “Orphan Black,” which are hoping to make a pretty big splash later this summer when the Emmy nominations are announced.

Great to see both Vera and Tatiana on the list – I really enjoyed their performances – I think the casting was impeccable.
