NBC’s ‘The Voice’ top 8 spoilers: Sasha Allen, Holly Tucker song possibilities

In just a couple of hours, the live show on “The Voice” will be upon us, but before we come to that, why not share a little bit of what the individual artists could be performing for the show?

While we cannot pair off individual songs with individual artists, we do at least know now for of the tracks that will be taken on during the broadcast by the likes of Judith Hill, Danielle Bradbery, or someone else. We’re going to try to give our best guess for each one of them, with the full self-awareness that the odds are still high that we could mess this up somewhere.

“Grenade” by Bruno Mars – It seems like a great choice for Sasha Allen, and a smart move by Shakira to pick something that is current.

“Done” by the Band Perry – You could pick either Holly Tucker or Danielle Bradbery, but we’re going to go with the latter since she seems to be very much in the modern-country lane.

“Skyfall” by Adele – Super-risky to sing a movie song like this, but we’re going to Sarah Simmons, mostly because we’re not sure anyone else can sing thing.

“#ThatPower” by will.i.am – Probably an even riskier song choice, given that there are only a few moments in here where you can actually sing. We’re going with Michelle Chamuel, and that she puts a cool twist on it.
