‘Supernatural’ season 8 spoilers: The sweetest Felicia Day – Jensen Ackles photo ever

And now, let us take a moment to say a collective “aww” over the photo that we are about to show. After all, isn’t it always nice to see Jensen Ackles’ Dean show off his sweeter side on “Supernatural”?

The photo attached here is from the upcoming April 24 episode entitled “Pac-Man Fever,” which features Dean doing his part to help train Charlie (Felicia Day, making her second appearance of the season) how to be a better hunter. We don’t know whether it’s the clenching of the back of her head like it’s a tiny football or the look of “I got this” on his face, but it’s hard not to smile at the photo regardless of what you’re thinking.

The best thing for us personally is seeing Ackles and Day work off of each other yet again. The show proved earlier this season with “LARP and the Real Girl” that they have a pretty fantastic camaraderie with each other, and hopefully this is something we are going to see even more of on the series if she chooses to come back during season 9. (We believe that this is the last time that we will see the character this year, mostly since there is still the tablet story to deal with that she is not particularly involved with.)

While the wait until April 24 is a long one, let this be consolation: by the time it arrives, there are not going to be any more hiatuses to deal with. That makes it at least a little bit better, right?
