‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 3 finale spoilers: The Malcolm mystery

Is the real culprit behind Malcolm’s kidnapping about to be revealed on “Pretty Little Liars”? If a few characters on the ABC Family drama had their way, then the answer here would almost surely be yes. However, it appears as though there is one person who is still beyond desperate to keep Ezra’s child out of any and all proceedings related to the “A” mystery: Aria.

So why would Aria not want to get the child involved in all of this? Really, the answer is rather simple: you cannot count on children to keep secrets for you. Aria knows that she is already on very thin ice with Malcolm’s mother Maggie over the whole bed-jumping incident, and if she is intent on being a part of Ezra’s life moving forward (which is debatable in itself), she needs to at least do a reasonably decent job of being cordial. Otherwise, she may as well just kiss having any sort of functional relationship goodbye now. The moment Malcolm sees Aria asking him strange questions, he’s going to go and tell his mom about it.

Of course, we already know that there is at least one member of the Liars clan already who is rather intent on keeping Malcolm quiet, and while this appeared earlier on to be a pretty difficult proposition, it looks as though she may be able to pull it of now … at least for the time being.
