‘Supernatural’ season 8 spoilers: First look at ‘Freaks and Geeks’

In the pantheon of great “Supernatural” episode titles, anything that pays homage to what is in our mind one of the greatest TV shows of all time is certainly worth celebrating. With that in mind, we present to you now the first details about the show’s upcoming March 27 episode entitled “Freaks and Geeks.”

Based on the description below alone, it looks like we are going to be seeing something that is certainly entertaining. After all, we are going to have an opportunity to see a character who has not been a part of the show since last season in Krissy, and we also have a group of teens that are basically being taken in to an interesting society that is by and large about hunting:

“Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate some recent vampire kills and are surprised to learn Krissy Chambers (guest star Madison McLaughlin) is involved. They find Krissy and learn her father was killed and she’s been taken in by a man named Victor (guest star Adrian Hough), who has taken in a group of orphan kids to teach them how to hunt.

“Victor is helping the teenagers find the vampires who took their parents so they can get revenge. Sam is intrigued by Victor’s method of giving the teenagers a home life as well as a hunting life, but Dean is suspicious of Victor’s motives.”

The downside here is simple in that it does not look as though Castiel is going to factor much into the equation here, but don’t worry: we are still going to be seeing quite a bit from the character moving forward to a little bit later on in the season.
