‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 3 spoilers: New trouble and new faces

As we near the end of “Pretty Little Lairs” season 3, we are going to start to see some twists and turns that we did not previously see coming. For example, who would have thought that there would be a second member of the police force following Officer Garrett (in Detective Wilden) that the Liars would be looking at as a possible suspect, even when it is these people are are supposed to protect them and all of Rosewood?

The upcoming 20th episode of the season (airing on February 19) is entitled “Hot Water,” and in addition to featuring Wilden in a pretty significant way, we are also going to see more of Shana, the mysterious character played by Aeriel Miranda that was first teased in the “Pretty Dirty Secrets” web series this past fall:

“Shaken up after recent events and holding new information about Det. Wilden, Aria, Emily and Hanna are on the hunt for answers about the detective’s past. Looking to Shana and Cece for more insight, the ladies seem to be making progress in their search. But they quickly start running out of time when they learn that Wilden is close on their heels and determined to stop them. Now with Det. Wilden on the war path, some residents of Rosewood will find out how far he is willing to go to keep his secrets from coming out.

“Meanwhile, after many pleas from her friends Spencer finally finds someone to lean on.”

So who is this “someone”? Unlike some other networks, ABC Family is rather secretive, and is not releasing the guest cast for this episode just yet. Nonetheless, we’re happy that Spencer is hopefully going to find some sort of consolation, at least so long as it is not another Toby with some horrible ulterior motives.
