‘Private Practice’ series finale spoilers: First look at Addison’s big wedding!

If you have been floating around the internet as of late, then it is probably no secret to you already that Addison is going to be tying the knot with Jake during the “Private Practice” series finale that is airing on January 22. However, isn’t it still nice to find out a little bit more information about the big day before it happens?

Going into season 6, it was not clear just who the character was going to end up with after what has definitely been a long and winding road for her over the years. However, this now seems to be the perfect way for the story to tie up, and Kate Walsh has nothing but positive things to say about the end of the series in a new interview with TV Guide:

“It was great to spend time with everyone … That’s what the last few episodes were about — soaking up the moments.”

In addition to that, the website also first posted the image to the left of Addison and Jake’s big day, though it tragically does not show us anyone in attendance (thus putting the focus solely on the couple themselves). It looks as though this is going to be a moment of great romance for the characters, and it also is pretty easy to tell that we are looking at some sort of outdoor ceremony here. (Addison’s dress also looks to be very much in fashion.

“Private Practice” will return to ABC on Tuesday night at 10:00 p.m. Eastern, and will begin the story that ultimately takes us to the big day for these two.
